All items, including preorder items, are Final Sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged / Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or if the wrong item was shipped, please email KONOGUAM@GMAIL.COM within 3 days of delivery so we can evaluate and make it right.

Preorders
All preorder purchases are final due to small-batch production and limited inventory.
