At KONO GUAM, every garment is produced with intention — designed from cultural memory, created in small batches, and delivered with care. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and supported.
1. Order Processing
Because we operate on a limited-run, small-batch model:

Preorder items require extended processing time while production is completed.

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed, and another email once your order ships.
2. Preorder Shipping Timeframes
Preorders are made specifically for each customer. For most KONO GUAM releases:

Production begins when the preorder window closes

Estimated shipping timelines are listed on each product page

Preorders typically ship within the timeframe stated, but slight variations may occur due to production, customs, or transit delays
Preorders cannot be canceled once placed.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on weight, location, and carrier availability.
We currently ship to:

Guåhan (Guam)

United States (states + territories)
You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Please note:

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier

Weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods may affect delivery times
-
We cannot control or guarantee carrier performance
4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order is handed to the carrier, it is in their custody. However, we support all customers through the process.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed:

Contact the carrier first using your tracking number.

If you need help, email us at KONOGUAM@GMAIL.COM and we’ll assist with the claim process.
KONO GUAM is not responsible for:

Packages marked as delivered but not received

Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Carrier errors beyond our control
We always do our best to advocate for you.
5. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, please email us within 3 days of delivery with:

Your order number

Photos of the issue
-
A brief description
We will review the issue with care and provide a resolution.
6. Customs, Duties, & Taxes
For Guam and U.S. orders, no additional customs or import duties are applied.
If we expand shipping internationally in the future, this section will be updated accordingly.
7. Address Changes
If you made a mistake on your shipping address, contact us immediately at KONOGUAM@GMAIL.COM.
If the order has not shipped yet, we will update it. If it has already been shipped, we cannot modify the destination.
